Candace Abernathy Grimes

Worked at the Health Dept. for 5 years in all areas. UAB 5years in ICU infants, 5 years in Hemodialysis and 15 years in Heart transplant, Kidney ,pancreas, and liver transplantation. Retired in 1994. Went to work at St. Vincent hospital, general surgery 3years, 2years in general medical and 5 years in Cardiology. Retired in 2005 from it ALL. Grimes and I travel all over !! You can call us world travelers. We have a great close knit loving family network, many grandchildrens and our kids are wonderful.

Teach New Members Class at Trinity B.C., Greeter, Health Advisor and Activity Director for Seniors at T.B.C. Enjoy working with the nurses at our church as a Nursing Guild member. GIVING BACK TO THOSE IN NEED.

We have been on 9 cruises, European countries three times, and enjoy seeing America using our 3 time shares. Wonderful loving three children that we are so proud of !! Our grand children are doing great and wonderful things, especially giving back to the community and church, thank GOD.
